By booking a service with Moonlight Windows NZ, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
We offer residential and/or commercial window cleaning in Tauranga. All work is performed with care and attention to detail. Service includes exterior and/or interior window cleaning as agreed upon at time of booking.
Quotes are free and non-binding.
Final prices may vary if job conditions differ from initial description.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise.
We accept cash, bank transfer, and online payments.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations may incur a fee (up to 50% of the quoted job).
If we arrive and cannot access the property, a call-out fee may apply.
We are fully insured for property damage and public liability.
While we take every precaution, we are not liable for damage due to pre-existing conditions (e.g., cracked windows, loose fittings).
If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes access to water if needed.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service indicates acceptance of the latest version.
